Omni RMS is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Graduate Asset Manager to join their team. This role will cover a diverse range of sectors, including education, healthcare, commercial, and Ministry of Defence (MOD) clients.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of building maintenance and familiarity with Computer-Aided Facility Management (CAFM) systems, preferably Maximo. Candidates with a proven facilities helpdesk background are highly encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure effective and efficient building maintenance activities
  • Utilize CAFM systems to manage asset data, maintenance schedules, and work orders
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their asset management needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Conduct regular site visits to assess asset condition and recommend maintenance actions
  • Support the development and implementation of asset management plans and strategies
  • Prepare and present reports on asset performance, maintenance activities, and project progress

Requirements:

  • Degree in Facilities Management, Building Services, Engineering, or a related field
  • Proven experience in a facilities helpdesk role
  • Good understanding of building maintenance processes and practices
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
  • Willingness to travel nationwide as required
