About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Keyholder to join our team at MAC Cosmetics in Stratford. As a Keyholder, you will play a vital role in supporting the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in achieving sales targets and maintaining a high level of customer service.
  • Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cash reconciliation and stock management.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of in-store events and promotions.
  • Provide guidance and support to sales team members to ensure they are meeting their sales targets and providing excellent customer service.
  • Monitor and maintain a high level of store appearance and presentation.
Requirements
  • Previous retail supervisory experience, preferably within beauty or a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Previous retail operations experience, including cash reconciliation and opening and closing procedures.
  • Experience of playing a part in supporting inspirational in-store events.
  • Flexible availability across days and hours.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Proof of right to live and work in the country.
