Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service, greeting customers and addressing their concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Conduct thorough vehicle inspections, identifying any issues and providing detailed reports to customers.
- Explain recommended repairs and services to customers, ensuring they understand the necessary work and associated costs.
- Schedule appointments and manage the service department's calendar, ensuring efficient use of time and resources.
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar customer service role is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
- Knowledge of automotive systems and repairs is a plus, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment, maintaining a high level of productivity and accuracy.
- Proficient computer skills for data entry and record keeping, with the ability to learn new systems and software.
