  • Conduct thorough vehicle inspections, identifying any issues and providing detailed reports to customers.
  • Explain recommended repairs and services to customers, ensuring they understand the necessary work and associated costs.
  • Schedule appointments and manage the service department's calendar, ensuring efficient use of time and resources.
  • Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar customer service role is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
  • Knowledge of automotive systems and repairs is a plus, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment, maintaining a high level of productivity and accuracy.
  • Proficient computer skills for data entry and record keeping, with the ability to learn new systems and software.
