About the Role:
As a Culinary Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the operational excellence of our kitchen environment at Mercure Exeter Rougemont Hotel.

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the cleanliness and sanitation of all food preparation and storage areas.
- Maintain and operate dishwashing equipment and other kitchen appliances effectively.
