Role Title: Orthopaedic Scrub Nurse Specialist

Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain HCPC registration without restrictions or conditions.
  • Demonstrate surgical scrub experience in orthopaedics, particularly in procedures such as hip and knee arthroplasties and anterior cruciate ligament surgeries.
  • Possession of a Surgical First Assistant Qualification (SFA) is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Exhibit a proven ability to collaborate effectively within a team as well as work independently.
  • Maintain a flexible and positive approach to work.
  • Show a warm, considerate, and empathetic demeanor.
