About the Role

We are seeking a highly ambitious and experienced 360-recruitment consultant to join our team at James Andrews Recruitment Solutions Ltd. As a Principal Consultant, you will be responsible for providing advice, guidance, and consultation to both clients and candidates at mid-senior to senior levels within your niche sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop relationships with clients at multiple organisations through various business development tools.
  • SOURCE, SCREEN, SHORT-LIST, AND PROVIDE CONSULTATION TO MID-SENIOR LEVEL CANDIDATES WITHIN YOUR SPECIALIST SECTOR.
  • Multi-task and prioritise workload in an ever-changing, deadline-centred, KPI-driven, and fast-paced environment.
