About the Role
Are you a driven and safety-conscious individual with a passion for delivering high-quality site-based projects? As a Site Supervisor at Arco Limited, you will play a key role in ensuring the safety and efficiency of every project, while maintaining excellent client relations and keeping projects on track, within budget, and on time.
In this customer-facing role, you'll lead a site team, uphold the highest safety standards, and communicate closely with both clients and the project management team. Your responsibilities will include:
* Supervising and directing a site team to maintain the highest standards of safety at all times
* Managing and delivering projects assigned to you in accordance with the directions of the project manager/leader
* Writing job progress and completion reports, and completing daily time sheets in a timely manner
* Managing and being responsible for materials and tools, and maintaining good site housekeeping throughout
* Correctly projecting instructions, including drawings and set out works, in accordance with the directions of the project manager/leader and Method Statement
* Understanding, reviewing, and making changes to risk assessments where site conditions dictate, in collaboration with the project manager/leader
* Promoting a safe working culture by giving regular site toolbox talks and safety briefings
* Communicating and working closely with the office-based Project Management team to successfully deliver projects to the complete satisfaction of the customer

The ideal Site Supervisor will be/have:
* Essential Qualifications:
* First Aid At Work
* IoSH Working Safely
* Fall Protection Supervisor – PASMA/IPAF; relevant manufacturers installation training
* Essential Experience:
* Demonstrable experience of delivering a wide scope of site-based projects – minimum 2 years
* Physically fit and confident at Working at Height and/or confined spaces
* Hold a full valid manual driving license and able to drive motorway distances in a range of commercial vehicles up to 3.5T GVW
* Reliable, punctual, and good time management skills
* Concern for quality
* Self-motivated, pro-active, and able to adapt to challenges with the job
* Excellent stakeholder management skills
* Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and customers
