Site Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Manager to join our team in Bedford. As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our construction sites, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage multiple sites and ensure that all health and safety protocols are in place.
- Supervise all works undertaken and manage subcontractors to ensure that projects are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Deal with technical issues that may arise and provide technical assistance as needed.
- Arrange inductions for new staff members and ensure that all personnel are properly trained and equipped.
- Manage schedules of works and provide technical assistance to ensure that projects are completed on time.
- Compile and write site-specific RAMS and review and comment on subcontractor RAMS and SSOWs.
- Provide weekly cost returns and ensure that all financial reports are accurate and up-to-date.
- Full clean UK driving license to travel across sites.
- SMSTS and a Black CSCS Card.
- EUSR Water Hygiene.
- Mechanical and Electrical background.
- Full working knowledge of contracted scope of work.
- Site management experience previously.
- First aid trained.
- Confined space certificate.
