You will receive comprehensive support from the outset, including a tailored induction program and ongoing professional development through the Fennies Academy.
Your Role
As an Early Years Educator (Level 2/3), you will foster meaningful relationships with your key children and their families. Your responsibilities will include assisting with daily routines such as naptimes, mealtimes, and engaging in creative activities. You will utilize your understanding of child development from birth to age five to assess and support the growth of your key children. Additionally, you will collaborate with the Room Leader and model best practices for less experienced team members. Your Strengths

Your Knowledge
- Strong understanding of child development and the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum
- Level 2/3 qualification in Childcare
- Minimum grade 4 or grade C in Maths and English GCSE (or equivalent)
- Familiarity with best practices regarding the key person system, safeguarding, health and safety, and confidentiality
- Knowledge of First Aid and critical care policies
