Bright Horizons Shortlands Day Nursery and Preschool is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bank Early Years Practitioner to join our team. As a Bank Early Years Practitioner, you will have the flexibility to work on a part-time or full-time basis, depending on your needs and availability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support nursery colleagues in delivering high-quality early years education and care to children aged 0-5 years.
  • Engage children in entertaining and educational play and activities, promoting their development and well-being.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a safe, happy, and healthy environment for children and staff.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of nursery policies and procedures.
