About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Kitchen Team Member. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food preparation and presentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation: Prepare and cook food to the highest standards, adhering to our company's quality and safety protocols.
  • Kitchen Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring that all ingredients and supplies are stocked and available for use.
  • Team Collaboration: Work effectively with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service delivery and maintain a positive and productive team environment.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular quality checks to ensure that all food meets our company's standards.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Maintain and clean all kitchen equipment, adhering to manufacturer's instructions and company protocols.
  • Waste Management: Ensure that all waste is disposed of correctly, adhering to company waste management policies.
  • Reporting: Report any equipment defects or maintenance issues to the kitchen manager or supervisor.
Requirements
  • Knowledge and Skills: Possess knowledge of safe food handling, storage, and preparation techniques. Familiarity with basic culinary techniques such as chopping, slicing, dicing, and measuring ingredients.
  • Communication and Teamwork: Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous and detail-oriented, with a focus on maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Adaptability: Willingness to adapt to changing situations, work schedules, and tasks as required in a dynamic kitchen environment.
What We Offer
