People Business Partner

At Telefonica Tech, we are seeking a highly skilled People Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in aligning our People functions with our organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Implement People Strategy: Ensure the effective implementation of our people strategy within your area of responsibility.
- Talent Management: Collaborate with the business to retain top talent through recruitment, onboarding, and talent development programs.
- Employee Relations: Handle employee relations issues, working with the area to resolve conflict and maintain a positive work environment.
- Performance Management: Implement performance management systems, provide feedback, and assist in creating development plans for employees.
- Organizational Effectiveness: Collaborate on initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness, culture, and employee engagement.
- HR Compliance: Ensure consistent application of HR policies and compliance with legal regulations, and assist in HR policy development.
- Change Management: Support the organization through periods of change, assisting in managing transition, e.g., TUPE, restructuring, talent management, and succession planning.
- Business Partnership: Consult weekly with business leaders, preparing data, analyzing trends, and metrics in partnership with the People group to develop solutions and improve workforce efficiency.
- Learning and Development: Develop learning material and deliver practical training sessions to the area in line with development needs.
- Performance Guidance: Provide day-to-day performance management guidance, e.g., coaching, counseling on improving performance, career development, and disciplinary actions.
- CIPD level 5 or Qualified by experience
- Experience of supporting the organization through periods of change, assisting in managing transition
- Experience of performance management & Leadership development
- Strong data and reporting experience
- Challenge and support key business areas with change
- Deep understanding of HR practices
- Previous experience of supporting a Tech Healthcare team is advantageous
