Manufacturing Quality Assurance Lead - Fine Fragrance

As a Manufacturing Quality Assurance Lead - Fine Fragrance, you will play a key role in ensuring the safety, compliance, legality, and quality of our products. You will work closely with the Head of Quality and Improvement to execute Quality Assurance, Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), and Fine Fragrance Quality validation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Investigate customer complaints and internal non-conformance, and communicate findings to internal and external customers.
  • Coordinate investigations and provide support to the QA Manager in analyzing and interpreting data.
  • Lead and implement assigned actions related to quality assurance requirements.
  • Provide quality-related training to the function and promote quality principles and culture.
  • Support the daily coordination of the Fine Fragrance Validation team.

Requirements:

  • Vocational Diploma in an appropriate technical field or University degree.
  • Overall work experience of 5+ years in a similar position.
  • 1 to 2 years of coaching experience preferred.

Technical Skills:

  • Experience using computer-based Management Applications.
  • Good understanding of the principles of Quality Management Systems (e.g., ISO 9001) and continuous improvement.
