Job Summary:

As a Senior Creator, you will play a key role in leading our social media marketing efforts and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Day-to-Day Output: Manage multiple projects and deadlines in social media marketing, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Inspire and Support the Team: Foster creativity and growth within the team, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure team members reach their full potential.
  • Stay Ahead of Social Trends: Continuously monitor and analyze social media trends to keep our brands at the forefront of conversations and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality content that meets business objectives and exceeds expectations.
  • Develop Reports and Recommendations: Analyze data insights to provide actionable recommendations and set measurable goals that drive business growth.
  • Create Engaging Campaigns: Develop and execute engaging campaigns and content across multiple social media platforms, driving brand awareness and customer engagement.
  • Build Strong Client Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience in social marketing.
  • 2-3+ years in a Mid-Weight role.
  • Strong presentation and organizational skills.
  • Passion for social media and creativity.
  • Proven management experience and reporting skills.
  • Knowledge of social platforms and analytical tools.
