Private Client Solicitor Wills and Probate Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Private Client Solicitor to join our team in Gloucester. As a Private Client Solicitor, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to clients on a range of private client matters, including wills, probate, LPAs, trusts, estates, and tax.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct day-to-day work on private client files, including wills, probate, LPAs, trusts, estates, and tax.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on private client matters.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure excellent client care.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in law and regulations affecting private client matters.
- Registered Solicitor with the SRA or FCILEX.
- Minimum 2 years' PQE in private client law.
- Strong knowledge of private client law, including wills, probate, LPAs, trusts, estates, and tax.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
