We are seeking a highly skilled Private Client Solicitor with expertise in Wills and Probate to join our team. As a key member of our Private Client department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional legal services to our clients, handling a wide range of Private Client matters, including Wills, Probate, LPAs, Trusts, Estates, and Tax.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct day-to-day Private Client work, handling all aspects of Private Client files.
  • Be a point of contact for Private Client related enquiries, handling queries from other offices and maintaining client care to the highest standard.
  • Work closely with the Legal Director and Head of Private Client (Wills and Probate) to achieve financial targets and develop the department.
  • Collaborate with support staff to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, applying knowledge to improve client outcomes.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Appropriate DBS disclosure and right to live and work in the UK.
  • Registered Solicitor with SRA standards or FCILEX, 2+ years PQE, and ideally STEP qualified.
  • Experience working as a Private Client Solicitor in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-organised and proactive, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to take responsibility, solve problems, and maintain client confidentiality.
