Position Overview:
- Oversee commissioning processes on small to medium-sized projects or specific areas within larger, complex initiatives.
- Guide and manage delivery teams and supply chain partners to ensure projects are completed safely and on schedule.
- Lead the development of commissioning test plans to validate design objectives and meet client acceptance standards.
- Integrate commissioning, operability, and maintainability criteria into project designs.
- Provide leadership and guidance to ensure that project execution aligns with legal, regulatory, and client expectations.
- Employ project management tools to facilitate informed decision-making and risk management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently and safely develop and execute commissioning work scopes.
- Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to uphold safety standards.
- Monitor and report on commissioning progress and performance, making necessary adjustments as required.
- Strategically plan and allocate resources to ensure successful project delivery.
- Ensure that all pre-commissioning activities contribute positively to project outcomes.
- Investigate and apply innovative methods to enhance project delivery.
Qualifications:
- Advanced qualifications in a relevant field.
- Proven experience in commissioning or engineering within regulated industries.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams and supply chain operations.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent qualifications and experience.
- Membership in a recognized professional chartered organization.
Security clearance (SC) may be necessary.
