About the Role

The Mortgage Product Pricing team at OSB Group is seeking a highly skilled and proactive individual to join their team as a Product Pricing Analyst. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for analyzing market trends, competitor pricing, and internal performance data to inform product pricing decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Produce and maintain knowledge records of key competitors, pricing, and high-level lending criteria.
  • Analyze market and internal performance data to identify areas of impact and report key competitor movements to the wider products team.
  • Make recommendations and proposals based on the latest market trends.
  • Collaborate with the Mortgage BI team to ensure accurate and relevant information is used across the business.
  • Support the pricing for each line to achieve business targets for balance growth, returns, and within risk appetite.

Requirements

  • Previous experience of product data analysis and market competitor analysis.
  • Detailed knowledge of current and new analysis methods.
  • Intermediate IT skills in the use of Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Advanced organizational/prioritization and attention to detail skills.
