About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Engineer to join our team at 2000 SPTS Technologies Limited as a Manufacturing Process Engineer. As a key member of our Operations team, you will play a crucial role in the development and implementation of manufacturing processes for our cutting-edge semiconductor products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement manufacturing processes that meet our high-quality standards.
  • Work closely with our Engineering teams to ensure seamless transition from R&D to manufacturing, including the development of procedures, processes, and documentation.
  • Develop and maintain 2D drawings using Auto-CAD Electrical in conjunction with Enovia, and ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Lead the implementation of Continuous Process Improvement (CPI) initiatives to enhance our manufacturing efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Develop and maintain robust processes for tracking and managing critical components, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare and present technical reports and presentations to internal stakeholders, including customer-facing presentations that describe testing criteria and results.
  • Support internal audits and ensure compliance with CE marking requirements.
Requirements
  • Degree qualified in an Engineering subject area or HND/HNC with proven experience in a related field.
  • Familiarity with 3D CAD Solid Edge/SolidWorks and industry-standard documentation.
  • Understanding of IPC/WHMA-A-620 for wiring and harness assemblies and IPC A-610H for electrical assembly.
