The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Leisure Club Supervisor to join our team at LGH Hotels Management. As a Leisure Club Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the leisure club, ensuring that our guests receive the best possible experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the leisure club, including managing staff schedules, ensuring that the club is well-maintained, and that all equipment and facilities are in good working order.
- Provide leadership and direction to staff members, ensuring that they are motivated and engaged in their roles.
- Provide excellent customer service to guests and address any concerns or complaints that they may have.
- Assist with the development and implementation of marketing and promotional campaigns to attract new members.
- Conduct regular staff meetings to ensure that all staff members are up-to-date on club policies and procedures.
- Adhere to health and safety guidelines and ensure the safety and wellbeing of guests and staff at all times.
- Assist with the recruitment and training of new staff members.
- Provide reports to the Leisure Club Manager on club performance and guest feedback.

Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a leisure club or similar environment, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- A good understanding of health and safety guidelines and procedures.
- The ability to work well as part of a team.
- A flexible and adaptable approach to work, with the ability to work evenings and weekends if required.
