Financial Planner Opportunity

Waterhouse-Kern Associates is pleased to be working with a rapidly-expanding and successful wealth management company to find a skilled financial planner.

The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in the field and hold a Level 4 Diploma Qualification, preferably through CII or CISI.

The financial planner will be responsible for preparing client reports, implementing recommendations, and reviewing client financial goals within one of the financial advice teams.

The team consists of a Relationship Manager and administration support, and the financial planner will work closely with them to provide comprehensive financial planning advice to clients.

The successful candidate will be an effective communicator, client-focused, and able to demonstrate experience in investments, pensions, savings, and protection while conforming to Consumer Duty.

  • Manage existing client relationships and develop new ones through proactive networking and business development.
  • Maintain a high degree of technical knowledge relating to core products through ongoing training and self-development.
  • Ensure key compliance and regulatory requirements relating to the financial planning process are adhered to.
  • Provide financial adviser guidance and mentorship to Relationship Managers and Administrators.
