We are seeking a highly skilled Paraplanner to join our team at Financial Divisions, a leading independent financial advice business based in the heart of the West End.
About the Role:
As a Paraplanner, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Financial Planners, assisting with the preparation of suitability reports, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Financial Planners in the preparation of suitability reports, including pensions, investments, tax planning, and cashflow modelling.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client information and transactions.
- Provide administrative support to the Financial Planning team, including data entry and document preparation.
- Work closely with the Head of Paraplanning to ensure the smooth operation of the Paraplanning team.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Level 4 Diploma in Paraplanning or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of experience in a Paraplanning role.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
What We Offer:
We offer a competitive salary of £45k - £55k, depending on experience, plus a benefits package and opportunities for career development.
Working Arrangements:
As a Paraplanner, you will be based in our office near Piccadilly Circus/Green Park (London) for the first 8 weeks, then you can work from home 2 days per week.
