We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Negotiator/Assistant Manager to join our team at Tate & Harriss - Property Recruitment. As a key member of our estate agency, you will be responsible for negotiating offers between buyers and sellers, conducting viewings, and promoting properties through various mediums.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet with clients to discuss their property needs and preferences
  • Conduct viewings of properties to assess their suitability for buyers
  • Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers to ensure mutually beneficial agreements
  • Respond to queries from clients via email and phone
  • Promote properties through various marketing channels
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in estate agency at Sales or Senior Sales level
  • Proven track record of achieving targets and meeting deadlines
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a car
