We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Aerospace Market Lead and Strategic Account Manager to join our team at Oerlikon. As a key member of our surface solutions business, you will play a crucial role in driving growth and profitability in the aerospace industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a sustainable market strategy for Oerlikon Surface Solutions in the aerospace industry.
  • Work closely with the Chief Strategy Officer to identify key opportunities and develop a value proposition that supports and builds Oerlikon's market positioning.
  • Drive strategic initiatives into the respective countries to achieve maximized growth and profitability in the account.
  • Develop global account strategy to drive sales growth and train local sales/product managers.
  • Support complex pricing proposals across regions/business units and maintain strong knowledge and existing network in the aerospace industry.
Requirements:
  • Proven commercial track record in a multinational company in a technical industry.
  • Business, marketing strategy development experience on an international level.
  • Very strong project management competence with a proven track record in managing complex projects in different locations and cultures.
  • Highly motivated, self-driven, open, and positive mind-set with experience in international and cross-cultural business environment.
  • Flexible to substantial travel internationally.
