Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver bespoke geoscience projects, focusing on numerical modelling and flow processes.
  • Collaborate with our global geoscience modelling team to develop software solutions for data processing, analysis, and visualisation.
  • Seek opportunities to collaborate with clients across Energy, Infrastructure, Nuclear waste, and Mining sectors.
  • Deliver high-quality technical reports and presentations, communicating project results to clients and stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technological advances and industry trends in computational geoscience and numerical modelling.
Requirements:
  • Doctorate or Master's degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Earth Science, or Physics-related field.
  • Background in sourcing and delivering consulting projects commercially.
  • Strong track record of using numerical flow modelling tools and techniques in hydrogeological, fluid dynamics, and reservoir engineering applications.
  • Experience with scripting languages such as Python or similar.
  • Excellent verbal communication and scientific writing skills.
