Your primary focus will be on the integration, processing, and dissemination of data across various applications and platforms, crucial for supporting the investment division.

We are eager to connect with driven professionals who excel in client-facing roles, adept at engaging with senior stakeholders to extract comprehensive requirements. While a background in financial services is not mandatory, it may be advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and sustain Python-driven data applications, frameworks, and services.
  • Facilitate efficient data ingestion and transformation workflows to bolster live trading and strategic decision-making processes.
  • Collaborate with researchers and technology specialists to refine and advance data platforms and applications.
  • Oversee production support during operational hours and contribute to the development of technical documentation and system enhancements.

Required Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
  • A Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline.
  • Proficient coding skills in Python, preferably with a focus on data engineering.
  • Familiarity with SQL, common relational database management systems, and data transfer protocols (FTP, SFTP, HTTP APIs, AWS S3).
  • Excellent communication abilities to effectively interact with senior stakeholders and users.
