Lead Care Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
Your role will encompass assisting clients with a variety of tasks, including:
- Providing holiday cover for our clients.
- Delivering personalized care that enhances our clients' daily experiences through engaging activities, conversation, and companionship.
- Ensuring high-quality support that promotes independence and well-being, ultimately brightening our clients' days.
- Depending on your experience, you may assist with medication management, meal preparation, and household duties.
- Offering emotional support and companionship, fostering happiness and overall well-being.
- Building strong relationships with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
- Utilizing a mobile app to maintain accurate and up-to-date records of care and any changes in client needs.
Qualifications:
We value the following qualities in our Lead Care Specialists:
- Compassionate, with excellent listening and communication skills to build rapport with clients and their families.
- Ability to work proactively, both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Previous experience in a care or support role is preferred, particularly with head injuries, though not mandatory. Our experienced team is available to mentor you.
- U.K. Driving License.
- Competitive pay rates ranging from £15 to £17 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications, along with free training opportunities to enhance your skills.
