About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Engineer to join our team of skilled engineers at Games Workshop Limited. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes and equipment.

Reporting to our Manufacturing Engineering Cell Manager, you will work closely with a team of engineers and an engineering apprentice to deliver support to all three of our factories. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering planned preventative maintenance programs to ensure optimal equipment performance
  • Responding to breakdowns, repairs, and work requests in a timely and efficient manner
  • Participating in large projects to improve manufacturing processes and equipment

To succeed in this role, you will have a strong background in maintenance engineering, with experience working in a manufacturing environment. You will be able to problem-solve complex issues with manufacturing equipment and infrastructure, and possess hands-on knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.

Additionally, you will be qualified to at least 18th Edition (BS7671) and ideally hold inspection and test certification. You will be comfortable performing and delivering PPM programs in a manufacturing environment and working with 3rd party contractors.
