About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable individual to join our team as a Home Care Assistant. As a Home Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver personal care and support to clients, including assistance with medication, meal preparation, and light domestic duties.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to clients, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless care and support services.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and colleagues to ensure their needs are met.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in care and support is not essential, as full training will be provided.
  • A genuine interest in working with people in a caring environment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
