Job Summary

We are seeking a full-time Construction Site Manager to oversee construction site operations, supervise site teams, and ensure timely completion of projects within budget and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise construction site operations and oversee site teams to ensure efficient project delivery
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, architects, and engineers
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with construction regulations and building codes
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and resources to meet project deadlines
  • Develop and implement site safety protocols to minimize risks and ensure a safe working environment
  • Collaborate with project managers to ensure seamless project execution and delivery
  • Provide guidance and training to site teams to enhance their skills and knowledge

Requirements

  • 5 years of experience in site management for a senior role; shorter experience will be considered for a junior role
  • Strong supervisory skills and site supervision experience
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
  • Experience in conducting inspections and ensuring construction safety
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Knowledge of construction regulations and building codes
  • Relevant certifications in construction management
