Your Impact

As part of a global team with diverse expertise, you'll collaborate closely with senior management and professionals from different departments, including portfolio managers, traders, sales representatives, and technologists. Your work will directly influence the firm's ability to operate ethically and responsibly within the financial services landscape.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute testing methodologies in collaboration with team leaders.
  • Gather data, conduct analyses, and document findings meticulously.
  • Identify potential compliance, reputational, and operational risks, escalating them to the appropriate stakeholders.
  • Effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously, demonstrating strong organizational skills.
  • Communicate complex information clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Collaborate with business units to implement action plans for mitigating identified risks.
  • Meet deadlines consistently while maintaining a high level of accuracy.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
  • Comprehensive understanding of financial products, markets, and applicable regulations (FCA/European).
  • Excellent written English skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly.
  • Strong analytical, communication, time management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated integrity, motivation, intellectual curiosity, and enthusiasm.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Financial instruments product knowledge (e.g., Financial Engineering qualifications, CFA, PRMIA, or FRM).
  • Experience in compliance, auditing, testing, legal, regulatory, or law enforcement.
  • Significant experience within the financial services industry (investment management, brokerage, law firms, accounting/consulting, or national regulators).
