Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Compliance Associate to join our London-based team at InterQuest Group. As a Compliance Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring business operations adhere to the highest standards of regulatory compliance.

About the Role:

This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a dynamic and growing company in the financial services industry. As a Compliance Associate, you will be responsible for supporting compliance functions across various markets, with a particular focus on emerging markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently tackle compliance and anti-money laundering (AML) matters.
  • Ensure all know-your-customer (KYC) and AML requirements are meticulously met as you assist with onboarding.
  • Develop and update compliance policies and procedures to align with evolving regulatory requirements.
  • Execute annual compliance testing and action plans, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
  • Manage transaction monitoring, keeping a vigilant eye on client activity to identify and address any risks.
  • Monitor politically exposed persons (PEPs) and sanctions systems and support with escalations.
