We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join our Asset Management, Planning and Data Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and managing energy performance data within our Asset Management Systems. This role requires a strong attention to detail and ability to ensure data integrity and quality assurance.
Key Responsibilities:- Collect and analyze energy performance data from various sources, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Validate existing energy performance data to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement targeted approaches to carrying out Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs).
- Review and evaluate the energy performance of our housing stock to ensure compliance with legislation and improve energy efficiency.
- Liaise with external bodies, including contractors, consultants, and partners, to ensure maximum energy performance is achieved.
- Maintain up-to-date information and inventories on our utilities.
- Assist with the procurement of new utility contracts and smart meter installations.
