Role Overview

Responsibilities

This is a remarkable opportunity to expand your existing skill set and join us as a Complex Care Specialist. You will receive comprehensive training and clinical support to develop and enhance your expertise in various complex areas, including tracheotomy care, ventilation support, seizure management, and stoma care, among others. We provide care and support to individuals of all ages, both in the community and within their homes, addressing needs related to spinal cord injuries, muscular dystrophy, acquired brain injuries, and numerous other complex conditions. Each day presents unique challenges, ensuring that your role remains dynamic and fulfilling. You will undoubtedly brighten the days of your clients while simultaneously advancing your skills and knowledge.

Our client is currently situated in a nursing facility awaiting the opportunity to reunite with family. You will be required to travel to complete your competency training.

Qualifications

Requirements

Previous experience in health and social care is essential, along with a strong sense of care, compassion, and resilience.

You must be registered with Social Care Wales and will need to complete an NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care.
