About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious graduate to join our Land team as a Land Graduate. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in securing the land rights required to build and maintain our transmission network.

As a Land Graduate, you will work closely with our project teams, landowners, and occupiers to assess the impact of our infrastructure projects on rural land and businesses. You will be responsible for negotiating rights over land and property, including wayleaves and options for servitudes or land purchase.

You will have the opportunity to work on a range of high-profile transmission projects, ensuring our network is safe, efficient, and structurally sound. You will also be supported in your role with a placement plan, regular meetings with your line manager, and networking with key business leaders.

We are looking for a graduate with a minimum of a 2:2 bachelor's degree in Land Management, Real Estate Management, or Rural Surveying. You will have practical work experience that reflects your passion for the energy sector, as well as demonstrable experience of working in a team.
