Quantity Surveying Graduate Programme

As a quantity surveying graduate joining ENGINEERINGUK, you will embark on a specialist pathway within our Procurement and Commercial team. This team plays a crucial role in helping the business procure services and materials in a timely and cost-effective manner, ensuring our transmission network is safe, efficient, and structurally sound.
About the RoleYou will work closely with experts in your specialism, gaining exposure within a business area for the duration of your graduate programme. This will provide you with the knowledge and experience needed to work towards a Junior Contract Manager role.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in the procurement of services and materials for transmission projects
- Develop your procurement and commercial management skills through various types of projects
- Work closely with the Procurement and Commercial team to ensure compliance and contractual obligations are met
You will have a minimum of a 2:2 in a relevant Quantity Surveying / Construction in the Built Environment degree. It is also desirable to have some practical work experience that reflects your passion for the energy sector, as well as demonstrable experience of working in a team.
