Overview: Pure Resourcing Solutions Limited is currently collaborating with a local charity to find a skilled Project Financial Analyst. This role is pivotal in ensuring precise and prompt data extraction, analysis, and reporting for various projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Finance Director and the Strategic Programme Manager, receiving guidance from the Management Accountant.
- At the conclusion of each month, generate comprehensive project reports in conjunction with the Management Accountant, engaging in discussions with budget holders to analyze accounts and variances as necessary.
- Prepare grant claims to effectively manage income and cash flow.
- Assist the Finance Director in project-related reporting.
Planning and Analysis:
- Contribute to the development of annual revenue and capital budgets for all projects.
- Participate in the project forecasting process and cash flow projections.
- Support project teams in delivering their financial outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Ideally part-qualified in ACCA or CIMA.
- Experience in management accounting and reporting, including variance analysis.
- Proficient in handling large volumes of data.
This position is being offered on a fixed-term contract basis, reflecting the project-oriented nature of the role.
