Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Children's Home Manager to join our team at Vetro Recruitment. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing a residential care service that provides support to young people with emotional and behavioral difficulties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a residential care service that provides support to young people with emotional and behavioral difficulties.
- Work closely with our Risk and HR teams to ensure the service is safe and effective in creating positive outcomes for children and young people.
- Build and develop a high-performing staff team, including Deputies, Team Leaders, and Support Workers.
- Ensure the service meets the highest standards of quality and safety, as set by OFSTED and our organization.
- Manage referrals and admissions to the service.
- Develop and implement quality assurance processes to ensure the service meets the needs of our clients.
- Collaborate with our teams to ensure the service is aligned with our organization's goals and objectives.
Requirements:
- NVQ Level 3 in children and young people.
- NVQ Level 5, or working towards.
- Deputy or Registered Management experience.
- Driving license.
