Job Summary:
Vetro Recruitment is seeking an experienced Children's Home Manager to lead our residential care service in Burton. As a Registered Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of staff and ensuring the service meets OFSTED standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a residential care service providing support to young people with EBD and challenging behaviors
- Work with the RI and HR team to ensure the service is safe and effective in creating positive outcomes for children and young people
- Build and develop a staff team, including Deputies, Team Leaders, and Support Workers
- Ensure the service meets OFSTED and company standards
- Manage referrals and quality assurance
Requirements:
- NVQ Level 3 in children and young people
- NVQ Level 5, or working towards
- Deputy or Registered Management experience
- Driving license
