About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Officer to join our Schools and Colleges Engagement Team within the Directorate of Corporate Marketing. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development and delivery of data-informed and evidence-led Faculty engagement plans that promote UK home undergraduate student recruitment in line with ARU's student recruitment strategy, education strategy, corporate plan, and widening access agenda.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead on the development and delivery of Faculty engagement plans that promote UK home undergraduate student recruitment
  • Oversee all team operations, including the Student Ambassador Scheme and administrative processes
  • Work closely with the Directorate of Corporate Marketing to ensure alignment with ARU's student recruitment strategy and corporate plan
  • Develop and maintain relationships with a wide range of colleagues, partners, and external stakeholders
  • Confidently lead and own problems to resolution
Requirements
  • Education to degree level
  • Proven track record and passion for project management and delivering strategic and operational plans within time, scope, and budget
  • Experience of working in Higher Education Student Recruitment is essential
  • Experience working in Widening Access and Participation will be welcomed
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
  • Ability to engage, negotiate with, and enthuse those around you
