We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales/Telesales Representative to join our team at Omega Resource Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for engaging with existing customers and recent enquirers to understand their needs and provide solutions related to machine tools sales.
Key Responsibilities:- Utilize our extensive CRM system to build strong relationships with clients and ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
- Effectively communicate the features and benefits of machine tools to potential customers and collaborate with the sales and applications teams to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the machine tools or engineering supplies industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organisational skills, results-driven with a focus on achieving sales targets, and a positive attitude.
- Strong technical knowledge of machine tools and their applications, as well as experience with customer management systems.
- Company Bonus Scheme and Company Pension Scheme.
- 25 days holiday plus bank holidays.
