Key Responsibilities:

  • Pro-actively assist in leading the revenue management of the hotel by overseeing and implementing revenue maximisation strategies as directed by the Cluster DRM.
  • Analyze recent trends for all revenue streams and provide detailed analysis to assist the hotel in the revenue forecasting process.
  • Coach, train and develop a culture of revenue maximisation throughout the hotel.
  • Work with all relevant BI tools and gather market intelligence to support the teams as well as providing detailed analysis on group pick-up and wash trends.
  • Attend strategy meetings, provide any analysis required and support the hotel with the annual budgeting process.

Requirements:

  • Competent with Microsoft packages, in particular Excel and Ideas.
  • Keen eye for detail and capable of working in a matrix company.
  • Excellent communication skills, comfortable with verbal and written communication in English and able to prepare reports with limited supervision.
