Job Title: Multi Trader

Our client, a leading Social Housing contractor, is seeking a skilled Multi Trader to join their team on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will work on their Repairs and Maintenance contract within void properties.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Carry out plumbing, carpentry, plastering, and tiling tasks
  • Work on a variety of projects, including repairs and maintenance
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure efficient and effective delivery of services
Requirements:
  • Multi Trade experience, with a strong background in social housing or high-volume works
  • UK Driving license
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
