Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Multi Trader to join our team, responsible for conducting repairs and maintenance tasks in various trades, including plumbing, carpentry, painting, and general building maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conducting repairs and maintenance tasks in various trades, ensuring all work is completed to high-quality standards and in compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Collaborating with other team members and contractors to achieve project goals.
  • Ensuring all work is completed in a timely and efficient manner, with minimal disruption to residents.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Multi Trader in a social housing or similar environment.
  • Relevant trade qualifications in plumbing, carpentry, or another related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, colleagues, and contractors.
