Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Design Manager to join our organization, capitalizing on the company's continued growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design process for construction projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors, to achieve project goals.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure project success.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to meet project requirements.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to maintain the company's competitive edge.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Design Manager or similar role in the construction industry.
- Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
