Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Administrator to join our team at KM4 Group. As a Payroll Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining a portfolio of client payrolls, processing around 1000 headcount.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date payroll records for clients.
  • Communicate with clients regarding any changes or issues with their payroll.
  • Stay up-to-date with current PAYE and NIC legislation that affects payroll.
  • Ensure all starters, leavers, benefits, and allowances are entered onto the database.
  • Process salary payments for client payrolls and transfer funds to the correct accounts.

Requirements:

  • Qualification with the CIPP, AAT, or related qualification.
  • Experience in large payroll processing.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A desire to progress your career in payroll and accounts.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and accountancy packages.
