We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Residential Solutions Team in London. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing the successful delivery of residential refurbishment projects, achieving operational and commercial goals through effective project management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Delivery: Lead and oversee the successful delivery of residential refurbishment projects, achieving completion on time and on budget, and in a safe and quality-focused manner.
  • Team Management: Empower and guide site teams to perform, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to deliver projects successfully.
  • Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE): Take overall responsibility for the implementation of Kier's HSE policies and procedures, ensuring all employees and subcontractors comply with relevant policies and procedures.
  • Mentorship and Development: Act as a mentor, line manager, and escalation point for site teams, sharing knowledge and experience to help develop others.
Requirements
  • Experience: Significant experience in leading delivery on projects of significant value, with a proven track record of success.
  • Industry Knowledge: Expert knowledge of delivery under NEC and JCT contract conditions.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication skills, with the ability to collate and produce reports for leadership teams and clients.
  • Leadership Skills: Demonstrable experience of leading project teams effectively, with a focus on collaboration and teamwork.
