About the Role:

The Summer 2025 Investment Analyst Intern will work closely with our investment, strategy, and portfolio management functions to evaluate real estate investments and development/leasing opportunities. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Financial analysis of real estate transactions, including Excel-based modelling of real estate cash flows and research to support key underwriting assumptions
  • Evaluation and interpretation of real estate, economic, and public company data to conduct valuation and operational benchmarking
  • Preparation of documents for internal and external purposes, including assembly of investment committee memos, strategy papers, and presentations to partners

About You:

We're looking for a candidate with a strong inquisitive nature, robust financial modelling skills, and experience in investment/financial analysis and transaction support. You should have a desire and interest for a career in real estate, strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, and excellent communication skills. Fluency in English is required, and fluency in German, French, or other languages aligned with Oxford's strategy would be an advantage.
