Production Manager/Director

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Production Manager/Director to join our team at Blank Space Recruitment. As a key member of our production department, you will be responsible for leading scenic projects, events, and activations from concept to delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead scenic projects, events, and activations, working collaboratively with internal departments and suppliers as needed.
- Ensure events and activations are fabricated in the workshop, advising on materials and budgets.
- Develop and maintain strong technical capabilities in scenic fabrication and AV.
- Manage production processes, timelines, and budgets to ensure projects stay on track and on-budget.
- Collaborate with internal departments to deliver high-quality events and activations.
Requirements:
- Strong scenic production experience, with a deep understanding of resourcing, production processes, timelines, and budgeting.
- Excellent technical capabilities in scenic fabrication and AV.
- Strong communication and project management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Vectorworks is an advantage.
