Production Manager/Director

Blank Space Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Production Manager/Director to join their team in Shropshire. As a key member of the production department, you will be responsible for leading scenic projects, events, and activations from concept to delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead scenic projects, events, and activations, working collaboratively with internal departments and suppliers as needed.
- Ensure events and activations are fabricated in the workshop, advising on materials and budgets.
- Develop and maintain strong technical capabilities in scenic fabrication and AV.
- Manage production processes, timelines, and budgets to ensure projects stay on track and on-budget.
- Collaborate with the team to deliver high-quality events and activations that meet client expectations.
Requirements:
- Strong scenic production experience, with a deep understanding of resourcing, production process, timelines, and budgeting.
- Excellent technical capabilities in scenic fabrication and AV.
- Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal departments and external suppliers.
- AutoCAD and Vectorworks skills are an advantage.
